What is our mission?

At the heart of the vision of Wansbeck is our community. The people who live and work here. To ensure that everyone has the potential to live healthier, happier and lead more fulfilling lives by starting well, living well and aging well.

We aim to bring together GP practices and work in collaboration with others like health and social care services, the voluntary sector, community groups and local people to make the best use of available resources .

We want everyone to get the right support, from the right person, in the right place, at the right time.

We are working to provide better access to care ,continued high quality care proactive ,coordinated care and reduce health inequalities .
